This role is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still engaging actively with your peers through virtual meetings and collaborative platforms. As a worker in our community health clinic, you’ll help remove barriers to mental health care and reach a broad spectrum of clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify and understand clients' unique needs, personal strengths, and therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that leverage best practices in evidence-based therapy—tailoring approaches to engage clients effectively.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions that address a wide range of issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team on case reviews, ensuring that clients receive cohesive and holistic healthcare solutions.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records in compliance with relevant ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Participate actively in supervision and ongoing team meetings to share insights, expand clinical skills, and establish best practices within the organization.

• Conduct outreach and community education initiatives that promote mental health literacy and increase access to therapy services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting.

• Demonstrable expertise in conducting mental health assessments, formulating treatment strategies, and providing evidence-supported therapeutic interventions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.
