IT Field TechnicianLocation: Atlanta, GA Duration: 12 monthsRole Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to provide walk-in support for hardware and software issues across Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS devices. This role involves installation, repair, troubleshooting, and customer training in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide onsite technical support for computers, mobile devices, and IT equipmentDiagnose and resolve hardware/software issues quickly and accuratelyDocument service events and maintain inventory recordsDeliver excellent customer service and clear communicationCollaborate with team members to meet productivity goalsRequirements:5+ years of IT field support experienceStrong knowledge of computer hardware/softwareExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsHigh School diploma or GED requiredWork Environment:- Office-based walk-in support center - Business casual dress code
