Job Description

Client is seeking an experienced Data Cloud Integration Product Manager to support its US CRM organization within Strategy, Platforms & Transformation (SPT) AI & Platform Products. This role will play a key part in transforming Novartis into a next-generation Customer360 operating model by enabling scalable, governed, and reliable enterprise data capabilities.

The Data Cloud Integration Product Manager will own the enterprise integration capability that brings governed and reusable data into Salesforce Data Cloud and makes shared data products available across Data Spaces. The role will translate business and analytics requirements into a prioritized product backlog, define reusable integration patterns, coordinate architecture and delivery dependencies, and ensure data products are built and maintained according to enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data, Technology, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, data integration, data engineering, platform delivery, or technical product ownership.
• Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, batch and streaming pipelines, data transformation, data contracts, schema mapping, lineage, observability, and data quality.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud , including Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, data modeling, identity resolution dependencies, calculated insights, and activation workflows.
• Experience managing Agile product backlogs and coordinating delivery across technical and business teams.
• Strong ability to translate business and analytics requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate architecture and technical trade-offs effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Veeva, CRM integrations, or comparable cloud data platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, metadata management, data cataloging, and production support practices is a plus.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
