A Day in the Life
As Production Supervisor for Processing Operations, you will lead a full shift of bulk processing activity, own team performance and development, and drive right first time output across mixing, cleaning, and transfer operations. This is a rotating shift position with multiple openings available. Salary range is $75,000 to $95,000.

Your mission will include:

• Develop Your Team: Coach, onboard, and multi skill operators, building safety awareness and technical autonomy across the shop floor. This is the core of the role.
• Lead Operations: Direct mixing, cleaning, and transfer activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and sustainable shift execution.
• Drive Performance: Eliminate downtime, waste, and rework, and manage shift handovers for seamless continuity.
• Troubleshoot and Improve: Lead first level investigations, autonomous maintenance, and rapid resolution of process deviations.

We Are Looking For
You are a proactive, resilient, and collaborative leader who thrives in fast paced manufacturing environments. We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing hourly employees in a manufacturing setting.
• Manufacturing experience, ideally in bulk, batch, or process production (cosmetics, personal care, food, pharma, or chemical manufacturing all considered).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
• Working knowledge of safety and quality standards, structured problem solving, and data driven decision making.
• Proficiency with MS Office and other digital shop floor tools.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent basis is required. No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.
