Join our collaborative Project team in the Central Florida area managing some of the most unique projects in the state.As the onsite Owners Representative, you'll be responsible for the management and administration of design, construction, and delivery of construction and renovations projects, ensuring the progress and technical performance of projects, contract management, project scope, schedule, and budget. You'll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. This will include development of scope and bid documents, review and evaluation of contract deliverables, approval of invoices, change orders, and other contract documents. You'll manage and provide construction oversight, manage Right-of-Way and permit processes, and resolve complex construction project related issues, and form long-term relationships with clients.Your role keeps our company connected and we'll support you with what you need to be successful.Here's what you'll need:Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or ArchitectureAt least 5+ years of experience in construction project managementAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently, display leadership and resolve critical issues pertinent to the project and clientStrong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technologyAbility to prepare and deliver presentations and facilitate meetings.Knowledge of transportation engineering, stormwater management, and review of traffic studies.Ideally, You'll Also Have:Prior experience with local municipalities (preferred but not required)Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP) Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certificationOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
