Industrial Technician (Water Treatment Focus)
Location: On-site – North Phoenix, Arizona
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Technician to join our team in North Phoenix. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic industrial environment, supporting critical operations while helping customers meet sustainability goals and protect essential assets.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining systems, performing testing, and ensuring operational excellence, with access to industry-leading training and ongoing development programs.
Shift Options
- Fixed Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Rotating Shift: 4-3-3-4 schedule, 5:45 AM/PM – 6:00 AM/PM (Day or Night rotation)
Note: Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to successfully complete:
- Site PPE training
- Chemical awareness training
- All required safety training
- Authorization to work without employer sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working independently in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting capability
- Prior experience in:
- Water treatment
- Maintenance or technical roles
- Experience performing:
- Lab or chemical testing
- Data logging and reporting
- Practical mechanical skills (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or similar)
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanour
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs (chest height)
- Ability to wear and work in a respirator when required
- Comfortable working in:
- Confined spaces
- Damp, dusty, or high-temperature environments
- Capable of performing:
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching
- Reaching and balancing
- Walking, standing, and climbing
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
