Public Health Social Worker - HIV Care & Prevention
Nyc DEP
NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is seeking a Social Worker for the ACE team to assist HIV case investigations, contact tracing, and partner notification. You will educate clients on HIV prevention, linkage to care, and support services. Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work and LMSW/LCSW license within one year, with NYC residency preferred.
