Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and supportive resources. This involves active listening and keen analytical skills to discern underlying issues.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives, regularly revisiting these plans to ensure they align with client progress.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care and integrated treatment approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans that effectively address immediate threats to clients' well-being.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, reflecting client progress and treatment efficacy.
