NorBella Champlin is located in Champlin, MN, just off Hwy 169 and 117th Ave N next to a nice residential neighborhood and Elm Creek Park Reserve. This convenient location provides a peaceful lifestyle while remaining close to local shops, restaurants, and more. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. NorBella Champlin is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today! Shifts Available: On-Call Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

Our Chef/Cook becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, facility procedures, and dietary and sanitary regulations.

Duties Include:

• Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.
• Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and floors, dishes, and utensils.
• Check all trays for menu and diet requirements and preference and accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage for food and supplies.
• Review and process diet changes and ensure menus are maintained and followed in accordance with established procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
