Senior Property Accountant
We're looking for a detail-oriented Senior Property Accountant to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll manage day-to-day accounting for a diverse property portfolio while supporting financial reporting and compliance efforts.
What you'll do:
- Oversee AP/AR, general ledger, and fixed assets for assigned properties
- Perform monthly close, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant reporting
- Partner with property managers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain internal controls and assist with process improvement
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experience in property accounting, real estate, or construction
- Experience with CAM reconciliations and month-end close
- Strong systems and Excel skills
