This is a hands-on supervisory position with direct impact on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Requirements: High school diploma required; manufacturing management or equivalent experience preferred. 5+ years of supervisory experience managing 15+ employees in a high-volume production environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience in production operations, troubleshooting, and quality control. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles. Experience in fast-paced, quick-turn manufacturing environments. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple workflows. Experience with digital printing, mail production, or G7 color management preferred. Knowledge of postal regulations and mailing operations is a plus. Ability to work flexible schedules, including extended hours and weekends during peak periods.Job Duties: Oversee daily production workflow, staffing, scheduling, and output targets. Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards to ensure operational excellence. Provide coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement support. Coordinate daily communication between shifts and departments regarding production status and staffing needs. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and operational standards. Document and communicate employee performance and production issues accurately. Support digital print and insertion operations, including roll-fed and sheet-fed equipment.
