Now Hiring LPNs For Full-Time Part-Time PRN (Per Diem) Available Shifts Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Flexible scheduling options are available. LPN Job Responsibilities As an LPN at Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center , you will: Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Supervise and assist nursing assistants (CNAs) Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition Maintain accurate documentation and records Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment Your role as a Licensed Practical Nurse is essential to ensuring the highest level of care for every resident.
