Apply today!Bilingual Production Lead Responsibilities:Arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled shift to prepare for daily operationsCapture and document employee call-offs in a timely mannerCoordinate replacement staffing efforts by communicating needs to supervisors and QPS RecruiterMaintain and track daily attendance records for all temporary staffAct as a point of contact between production supervisors, temporary employees, and recruiting partnersProvide real-time updates regarding staffing changes, attendance, and operational needsAssist with translation support as needed to ensure clear communication across team membersWork alongside a team of approximately 8 temporary employees, performing all standard production tasks, including loading and handling beverage cases, operating production machinery safely and efficiently, supporting line changeovers between product runs and performing cleaning and sanitation duties during and after production cyclesEnsure adherence to company safety standards, quality guidelines, and production expectationsLead by example in productivity, attendance, and adherence to safety and quality standardsProvide guidance and informal direction to team members during the shift as neededAssist supervisors in identifying staffing or workflow issues and recommending solutionsRequirements for Bilingual Production Lead:Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in food or beverageMust be bilingual - fluent in both Spanish and EnglishAbility to operate machinery and perform physical labor in a fast-paced settingStrong communication skills, including the ability to translate (if applicable)Demonstrated reliability and ability to manage attendance and staffing coordinationComfortable working in a hands-on leadership role while performing production dutiesAbility to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsWillingness to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and noise levelsFlexibility with schedule and early arrival requirementsQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
