What You'll Do

• Provide neonatal intensive care for high-risk and critically ill infants in a Level-III NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and hospitalists
• Manage stabilized patients, participate in transport teams, and contribute to multidisciplinary rounds
• Support family-centered care in a busy hospital environment
• Work with a variety of specialists including cardiology, endocrinology, radiology, neurology, and orthopedics
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

What You Need

• Current Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent NNP experience (no new graduates)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Florida license preferred, or willingness to obtain upon offer
