Laboratory Manager – Memorial Healthcare System Complexity of Work: Advanced knowledge of laboratory procedures, instrumentation and laboratory services. Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the planning process to ensure everything is in order. Manage all event aspects and support the execution of a wide range of events including trade shows, product launches, and customer meetings. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, ensuring on‑site support, and facilitating smooth event operations. Senior Director, Event Technology (Sr DET I) – JW Marriott LA Live Responsible for directing the sales and operations leadership teams to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Lead event technology strategy, oversee technology vendors, and manage day‑to‑day operations for client events. Event Assistant Support the planning and execution of events, promotional activities, and community engagement initiatives. Assist in logistical coordination, vendor management, and on‑site support. Cleaner – Arena / Convention Center Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies, and upkeep of assigned areas within large venues such as arenas, sport stadiums, and convention centers. Event Director – Town and Country Develop and maintain sales accounts for event rentals, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Lead event planning initiatives and manage client relationships. Event Operations Manager – Banquet & Event Technology Manages daily operations of event services, banquet, and event technology teams. Core responsibilities include supervising Senior Banquet Managers and banquet staff to ensure successful event execution. Private Dining Event Staff Guide Guide events staff on execution of private events, provide responsive service to create exceptional dining experiences, and execute food service in tandem with event run‑throughs. Event Sales Specialist – Retail Stores Represent and sell products inside major retail stores. Create in‑store experiences, build customer engagement, and drive sales performance.
