Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager is a non-civil service position within General Sessions Court that manages and administers, with support staff, all phases of the HR function in a major department. Performs related duties as required.

Typical duties include:

• HR Coordinator
• Payroll Processor
• Special Judges
• Budget Related
• Oracle Timekeeping
• Assist Court Administrator and Presiding Judge
• Other Responsibilities as Assigned

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and six (6) years of professional HR experience of which four (4) years must have been in a management capacity. Candidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.

Preferred experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities include experience using HCM, Payroll, and Splash Oracle Software.
