SMB Account Manager

Managing a portfolio of small business clients, the full-time SMB Account Manager will own customer relationships, ensuring renewals, product adoption, and upselling opportunities while working remotely across the United States. Key responsibilities Efficiently manage and prioritize relationships within a high-velocity book of business Develop strategic account plans to identify expansion and upsell opportunities Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement resolution strategies to mitigate churn risk Required qualifications Experience in a goal-oriented, customer-facing role with a history of carrying a quota Strong pipeline management skills and familiarity with Salesforce Proven success in navigating organizations to identify decision makers for SaaS investments Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills Excellent time and process management skills
