Job Type: Full-time, Part-time What You’ll Receive Hands-On Experience: Work alongside top stylists, learning the latest techniques in hair care, coloring, and styling. Grow Your Skills: Get hands-on training, observe professionals at work, and take the first step toward becoming a licensed stylist. Salon Assistant Responsibilities (include But Not Limited To) Perform shampoo and conditioning treatments for milk + honey guests. Maintaining laundry for the salon. Ability to perform a variety of cleaning duties including but not limited to mopping, sweeping, dishes, cleaning the bathroom, and taking out the trash. Ability to exemplify milk + honey's Core Values in every interaction with guests and coworkers. Adherence to all Attendance and Punctuality policies. Present a polished and professional image at all times. Be able to lift up to 25lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. Work Hours And Compensation Salon Assistants work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays. Compensation starts at $15.
