Job Title: Recruiter

Pay Range: $22-$25/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to support high-volume warehouse staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing positions and will be responsible for finding, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to support hiring needs, including occasional weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
• Recruit for high-volume warehouse positions such as warehouse associates, forklift operators, receivers, drivers, and other logistics roles.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment events, and other hiring resources.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate experience, availability, and qualifications.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines to ensure staffing needs are met in a timely manner.
• Communicate with hiring managers and operations teams regarding open positions, candidate status, and hiring needs.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including collecting required documents and ensuring candidates are prepared for their first day.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure all recruitment processes follow company policies and employment regulations.
• Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and other recruiting activities as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume warehouse, logistics, staffing agency, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience recruiting hourly employees and managing multiple open positions at the same time.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting hiring goals.
• Flexible schedule with availability to support weekend hiring needs when required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and staffing requirements.
• Ability to work in a team environment while managing daily recruiting responsibilities.
