Setting: In-office processing referrals for home health and hospice.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Home health or hospice experience within the last three years
- CA license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Kaiser experience
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Shift / Hours Per Week: 8:30am-5:00pm, every other weekend
Systems: Epic
Start Date: 8/10/26
