Overview

As a Quality Supervisor, you will support Brightstar Lottery's commitment to producing secure, high-quality instant scratch-off lottery tickets by leading quality assurance and control activities across manufacturing operations. You will help ensure products meet regulatory, security, customer, and printing-quality requirements while developing a strong team and promoting continuous improvement. This role will be located onsite in Lakeland, Florida.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily quality control activities across press, post-press, and packaging operations.

• Ensure compliance with lottery regulations, security protocols, industry standards, and internal quality systems.

• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

• Monitor product integrity, including scratch-off coatings, playability, readability, and security features.

• Lead, coach, and develop Quality Technicians while coordinating assignments, training, and performance expectations.

• Investigate non-conformances, quality concerns, and customer complaints while supporting effective corrective actions.

• Maintain inspection logs, quality records, audit documentation, and readiness for internal, external, and lottery authority inspections.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Three to five or more years of quality experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.

• Capability to work independently with limited direct supervision.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Business Administration, Supervisory Management, or a related field.

• Background in printing, packaging, or secure document production.

• Familiarity with the lottery or gaming industry.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Physical Requirements

• Stand or walk throughout production shifts lasting eight or more hours.

• Regularly lift 20 to 40 pounds and use a team lift or approved equipment for items exceeding 50 pounds.

• Perform bending, reaching, twisting, and material-handling activities throughout the shift.

• Operate hand tools and complete repetitive tasks.

• Work around noise, heat, inks, paper dust, and moving equipment.

• Visually inspect printed and packaged materials with accuracy.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $$40,887 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
