Schedule: M-Th 9:00am - 5:00pm, F 8:00am - 2:30pm, Saturday 12:00pm - 5:00pm (every 3rd week)

Customer Service Representative Job Description:
PrideStaff is working with a premier nationwide third-party financing company in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will manage client accounts, verify financing agreements, and deliver high-quality support on both inbound and outbound calls. The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in conducting new customer welcome calls, processing payments over the phone, and following up on early past-due accounts with no cold calling involved. The ideal Customer Service Representative has strong communication skills, experience in customer service or accounts support, and the ability to maintain accurate client records in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, temp to hire position in Maple Grove, MN.

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
Meet Daily Call Goals by Making a Minimum of 100 Outbound Calls & Answering 15-30 Inbound Calls While Providing Exceptional Service Verify Terms of New Financing Contracts With Clients, Confirm Identity, & Ensure All Account Information is Accurate Conduct Outbound Welcome Calls for New Clients & Assist With Account Onboarding Assist Clients in Processing Payments by Phone & Setting Up Automatic Payment Options Make Outbound Follow-Up Calls to Existing Clients to Resolve Early Past-Due Payments & Report Concerns to Management Maintain Accurate Records of Client Interactions, Notes, & Status Updates in the Company Database Escalate Complex Account Issues or Advanced Delinquencies to Management or Designate Teams as Appropriate

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements & Working Conditions:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Previous Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Accounts Receivable, or Client Support Preferred Ability to Comfortable Handle a High Volume of Outbound & Inbound Calls Daily Strong Verbal Communication, Active Listening, & Professional Phone Etiquette Solid Computer Skills & Ability to Accurately Navigate Account Databases While Speaking With Clients Strong Problem-Solving Abilities & Attention to Detail When Verifying Legal Contract Terms Consistent & Punctual Attendance Required
