Agency Underwriter - Affordable Housing Loans

Northmarq, located in Washington, DC, is seeking an experienced Agency Underwriter to manage the loan process from application to closing. This role includes analyzing property and market data, preparing transaction narratives, and coordinating with borrowers and legal counsel. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Agency underwriting experience, knowledge of Agency programs, and strong communication skills.
