Position OverviewThe Store Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of Gamble Home Furnishings in Jonesboro, AR, with weekly travel to other Gamble Home locations to support leadership, training, and operational consistency across the company.

You will:

● Build and lead a high-performing sales team

● Drive revenue and exceed KPIs

● Create a culture of energy, accountability, and results

● Act as the face of the brand locally — and support that same standard across other locations

What You'll Be Responsible For
Leadership & Culture

● Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing retail sales team

● Create a fast-paced, positive, and accountable culture

● Lead from the front on the sales floor

● Coach and develop team members on sales performance and customer experience

● Hold high standards while maintaining strong morale

Sales & Performance

● Drive store revenue and profitability goals

● Analyze KPIs (SPRG, close rate, traffic, attachment rate, etc.) and adjust strategy daily

● Lead daily sales huddles and performance check-ins

● Execute promotions and local marketing initiatives

● Build momentum and maintain a results-driven environment

Operations

● Oversee inventory management and merchandising standards

● Maintain a clean, organized, and visually strong showroom

● Ensure operational consistency and execution

● Travel weekly to other Gamble Home Furnishings locations to support coaching, hiring, and operational standards

What We're Looking For● 3+ years of retail management experience (high-volume preferred)

● Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals

● Strong leadership presence and communication skills

● Experience hiring, coaching, and developing teams

● High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset

● Comfortable working in a performance-based environment

● Willingness and ability to travel weekly to other company locations
