Program Management Partner with Model e Customer team to effectively plan and manage complex, cross-functional GTM (Go to Market) projects from the initial ideation through final project execution and impact. Lead cross functional team status updates, including integration of special topics, on a regular cadence. Partner with teams to streamline and accelerate workflows towards project execution, turning ambitious goals into immediate reality through momentum. Act as a bridge across teams both internally and externally to Model e Customer, connecting and facilitating clear communication, ensuring interdependencies are understood and planned. Lead, manage, and develop project management methodologies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent project delivery and best practices. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives. Be an advocate for agile adoption across the enterprise to enable customer centricity and speed to market.
