Recruiting CoordinatorA detail-oriented individual is sought to support recruiting and hiring activities for the organization. This role is ideal for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, talent acquisition administration, or a similar Human Resources function.The individual will serve as a key administrative partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities include reviewing candidate applications from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, preparing offers, maintaining recruiting documentation, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.This position is focused on recruiting operations and process coordination rather than strategic recruiting, talent acquisition planning, or proactive sourcing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day recruiting and hiring activities for professional-level positions.Review candidate applications and resumes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Screen resumes against established job requirements and hiring criteria.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Coordinate interview logistics and communications.Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Ensure candidate information is accurately documented and maintained within recruiting systems.Required Qualifications2 to 3 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR Coordination, Talent Acquisition Support, Human Resources Administration, or a related field.Exposure to Human Resources processes and recruiting operations.Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Experience reviewing resumes and screening candidates.Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring activities.Strong administrative and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Client Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Top 3 SkillsComfortable working in a high-volume environmentSupport candidate onboarding experienceWork closely with HR team onsiteMust Haves2–3 years of recruiting/HR coordination experience – Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Support, or similar experience.ATS experience – Must be comfortable reviewing resumes, screening candidates, updating candidate records, and tracking applicants in an ATS.High-volume environment – Must be able to manage multiple candidates, interviews, follow-ups, and hiring activities at the same time.Strong communication & organization – Excellent verbal/written communication, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and the onsite HR team.Onboarding & interview coordination – Experience scheduling interviews, supporting offers, coordinating onboarding/pre-employment activities, and providing a positive candidate experience.Preferred background in Manufacturing or Supply Chain
