Title: Recruiter III (Manufacturing Hiring) Location: Goodyear, AZ (2 days onsite) Duration: 12 months (Strong potential for extension/conversion) Pay rate: $30-38/hour USD (depending on years of experience) Must Haves 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or hybrid recruiting environment Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives Manufacturing recruiting experience Experience managing candidates through the entire recruiting lifecycle: Candidate review/screening Interview coordination Offer process Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience working with ATS, CRM, and recruiting tools Plusses Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience recruiting for industrial, engineering, or technical manufacturing roles Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent intelligence tools Experience using recruiting metrics and market insights to influence hiring decisions Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Experience supporting large plant startups, expansions, or ramp-up hiring initiatives Day-to-Day Recruit for a high volume of hourly manufacturing positions supporting Schneider Electric's new Goodyear, AZ facility Review and filter inbound applicants Conduct candidate phone screens and initial interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and HR partners Manage candidates through the offer and onboarding process Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce demands Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Maintain compliance with company hiring practices and employment regulations Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to meet hiring goals for the new plant Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
