High Volume Recruiter

Position Summary Adecco is seeking a motivated and results-driven High Volume Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding large numbers of candidates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives under pressure, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while meeting recruiting goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community partnerships.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Manage high-volume requisitions and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork.
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status and start dates.
- Partner with operations and management teams to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Attend job fairs and community events to generate candidate leads.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting metrics and hiring goals.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, or light industrial environments.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
