Shift Time 5:00am – 1:30pm Position Summary Provides oversight and ensures compliance for all service lines of business, according to TSA and airport regulations. Serves in a leadership capacity and as a representative of ACTS-Aviation Security. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide support to ACTS Security Guards in daily activities. Schedule and assign Security Guards to ensure proper coverage and relief. Conduct documented audits of employee work performance. Report daily, weekly, and monthly activities to management. Maintain compliance with collective bargaining agreements. Perform any additional duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma required. Three years of supervisory experience in a professional environment. Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Security Management or related field preferred. Valid driver’s license.
