Overview At Gallagher, we’re looking for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. As a Client Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring our clients feel supported and valued. You’ll work closely with our team to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs while contributing to our shared goals. How You'll Make An Impact Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs. Lead the renewal process, collaborating with the production team to deliver timely and effective solutions. Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage, helping clients protect what matters most. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring we exceed client expectations every step of the way. About You Required Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Behaviors The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, whether over the phone or in presentations. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving results. A knack for building relationships and solving problems. A commitment to teamwork and collaboration. Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self‑directed manner. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
