Client & Property Management

• Conduct regular property audits and inspections for customers on maintenance plans to ensure quality standards are met
• Meet with customers and property managers to discuss service needs and provide recommendations
• Prepare and present quotes for additional landscaping and maintenance services
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers, and vendors through proactive communication and follow-up
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally

Scheduling & Operations

• Manage service schedules and coordinate daily and weekly crew assignments
• Ensure crews are properly assigned based on workload, skill set, and route efficiency
• Monitor job progress and communicate schedule changes or updates as needed
• Assist with operational planning to improve productivity and service consistency

Estimating & Project Support

• Assist project managers with bids, estimates, and job planning
• Support enhancement projects and seasonal service coordination
• Help maintain accurate job costing and material tracking information

Administrative & System Management

• Keep plant, material, and pricing databases current and organized
• Maintain accurate service records, notes, and customer information
• Assist with internal process improvements and operational documentation
