Real-Time Workforce Management Analyst

HCSC

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a professional to review and manage real-time intraday workforce management for front and back office functions. You will monitor SLAs, productivity, and staffing to optimize operations, while ensuring service levels meet targets. Travel may be required.
