Information Technology Technician

What You'll Do: Operate high-volume duplex and flash fusion production printers Use TSO/ISPF and JES3 commands to run critical, time-sensitive print production jobs Set up, prompt, execute, and monitor print batches with accuracy and quality control Load/unload paper and supplies, maintain print equipment, and perform preventative maintenance Troubleshoot printing issues, develop solutions, and coordinate with vendors, programmers, and management Document system messages, maintain logs, track production statistics, and support shift turnover Communicate clearly with team members, business partners, and leadership Desirable Qualifications Knowledge of basic data processing principles Familiarity with PCs (Windows, Word, Excel) Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with print operations or printing hardware (a plus, not required) Understanding of batch processing and production priorities A willingness to learn mainframe tools like TSO/ISPF and JES3 Why Join the DMV ISD?
