Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time clerk. The ideal candidate is organized, has strong communication skills, and can manage tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to data entry, filing, answering phones, and providing general administrative support. Advanced computer skills are required, and prior clerical experience is a plus.

Monday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Tuesday OFF
Wednesday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Thursday 9:00AM - 4:30PM
Friday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Sunday - OFF
Experience
- Advanced level expericence on computers and Microsoft Applications
- 1+ year(s) of customer service
- Bilingual in Spanish
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and provide customers with the information needed.
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the organization.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate person.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, transcribing, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Knowledge of computer entry and navitation is required
- Bilingual (spanish)
This is a part-time position and at-times may be unsupervised, we need someone exceptionally reliable.
