About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide visionary leadership and drive meaningful impact. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational transformation, and building strong, transparent relationships, and will be committed to the values of integrity, humility, and collaboration. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including at the executive level. Experience in a similar sector, particularly with a focus on intellectual and developmental disabilities, is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing organizational stability, leading a team of direct reports, and working closely with the Board of Directors. Key requirements include a strong background in leadership, a commitment to the mission of inclusion and empowerment, and the ability to guide the organization through change while maintaining a high standard of care and innovation.
