Qualifications Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent from an accredited program Completion of a NAACLS‑accredited MLT program Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) Current state licensure, if applicable Preferred One year of clinical laboratory experience in a hospital or outpatient lab Familiarity with CLIA regulations and CAP accreditation standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
