Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with a reputable company in the residential and commercial construction industry in Columbia, SC. This role is ideal for an organized administrative professional who enjoys supporting daily operations, coordinating information, and helping teams stay on track in a fast-paced business environment. The Administrative Coordinator will play an important role in maintaining efficient office processes, supporting documentation and scheduling needs, and providing professional service to internal team members, customers, vendors, and other business contacts. Key Responsibilities - Support daily administrative operations, including documentation, records management, scheduling, and general office coordination. - Coordinate calendars, meetings, project-related paperwork, communications, and follow-up items to help keep business activities organized. - Maintain accurate files, reports, forms, and administrative records in accordance with company procedures. - Communicate professionally with internal departments, customers, vendors, and external partners. - Assist with prioritizing deadlines, tracking tasks, and ensuring administrative workflows are completed accurately and on time. - Provide dependable support to leadership and team members in a fast-paced construction office environment.
