No weekends required Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and reliable Office Assistant to support daily operations in our home care agency. The ideal candidate is organized, willing to learn, and has experience in home care and/or office administration. Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office tasks and administrative duties
- Answer phones and communicate with clients and caregivers
- Help with scheduling and coordination of services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support team with general office operations
- Must pass a background check
- Must complete a urine drug screening
- Must complete a competency evaluation
- Strong reliability and dependability
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Previous home care and/or office experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
