Trial Attorney - Trucking

Position Summary Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Trucking Personal Injury Trial Attorney in Kentucky (Lexington, Louisville or any other M&M office in the State) to join its growing practice. The Trial Attorney will handle mostly catastrophic and trucking motor vehicle accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day handling of litigation cases, trial preparation, and trial representation. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day handling of litigation cases Drafting and filing litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum Guiding clients through the case process Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings and court appearances Qualifications Law degree from a fully accredited law school Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Kentucky Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases Trial experience required Excellent client service and communication skills Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Benefits For full‑time employees, we offer an excellent benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays.
