Account Manager Automotive

Global Key Account Manager – Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to maximize NEXPERIA sales and profit at the account. Take ownership of relevant Key Performance Indicators and drive corrective actions. Understand customers’ business strategies, opportunities and issues; identify opportunities for NEXPERIA and tailor value propositions. Identify decision makers and develop relationship strategies to improve NEXPERIA’s position. Create and execute negotiation strategies and tactics throughout the year in cooperation with the Marketing Team. Represent and convey customer needs internally at NEXPERIA, ensuring adequate priorities are set. Monitor logistic/quality performance and delegate issues to relevant stakeholders. Ensure internal systems and processes are updated on a timely cadence with accurate information. Develop a Customer Business Plan (5‑year sales plan, TAM/SAM/QSAM analysis, etc.) and communicate expectations toward NEXPERIA. Gather and communicate market/competitor information within the organization. Organize technical workshops with customers. Build, motivate and maintain strong, winning sales teams. Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of sales/marketing experience in the automotive environment with Tier 1/OEM accounts or similar experience as a Field Application Engineer, either in the semiconductor industry or a related business. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related technical field; MBA is a plus. Detailed technical understanding of automotive applications is a plus. Knowledge of power discrete and analog semiconductors and automotive business is preferred. Proven track record working in multicultural/international teams. Ability to execute quickly and skillfully involving multiple stakeholders. Entrepreneurial thinking, result‑oriented, customer‑focused. Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint. Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
