Director of Dining Services

Location: Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living Windsor Run, a vibrant continuing care retirement community developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living—one of the nation’s leading providers of senior living and health care—is seeking a Director of Dining Services to join our leadership team. We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven leader who is passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of dining operations, including meal planning, food production, quality assurance, inventory management, sanitation, and team development. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence while delivering high-quality, resident-centered service that enhances the overall community experience. How you will make an impact Develops team members through appropriate training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure strong operational performance. Responsible for fiscal management and accountability for the department. Implement systems and controls to achieve financial performance as established by the departmental budget, including per meal costs, labor costs, and raw food costs. Ensures accurate accounting standards are upheld. Actively ensures effective cost controls management is in place. Maintains a monthly operating report to analyze performance to budget and ensures financial goals are met. Responsible for ongoing evaluation of programs, operations, training, purchasing, and personnel performance in order to maintain excellence. Assure that all services and programs are in compliance with federal, state, and/or local laws and statutes. Evaluates Resident Satisfaction results and develops action plan to address opportunities. Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $115,000.00 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus What you will need Minimum of 7 years restaurant or food service management experience including production, service, sanitation, training and education is required. Serve Safe Certified obtained within 6 months of employment. Additional certifications are required by federal, state, and/or local regulations.
