Process Manager Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Process Manager to lead the design, optimization, and implementation of engineering processes and improvements. This role focuses on driving efficiency and scalability through technology and automation, while ensuring operational excellence across technical roadmaps. You will collaborate cross-functional to define problems, scope technical solutions, and implement strategies that enhance existing processes or unlock new capabilities. Using data-driven insights, you will identify risks, resolve escalations, and deliver short-, medium-, and long-term technology-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities Include Designing and prioritizing technical operations roadmaps. Developing automated workflows to reduce manual work requirements. Supporting engineers, analysts, and operations teams in issue resolution, training, and technical tooling. Distilling requirements for new product and market expansions. Understanding the operations ecosystem, technology, and data models to identify strengths, weaknesses, and gaps. Technical Skills Must Have Strong leadership skills with proven ability to guide teams. Familiarity with diapers manufacturing processes.
