As a Therapeutic Activities Aide, you will perform the following duties: Activity Leadership: Conduct planned therapeutic sessions and provide guidance to participants to support treatment goals Progress Observation: Observe participant engagement, document group and individual notes in the charting system, and share updates with staff Participant Support: Offer one-to-one encouragement and assistance to individuals who need additional help to engage in programming Safety Coordination: Escort participants to activity locations, monitor safety, and provide instruction on proper use of supplies and equipment Material Maintenance: Maintain activity materials, request needed repairs or supplies, and ensure spaces remain free of hazards Program Participation: Attend program planning meetings, contribute information on participant needs, and apply training to meet therapeutic objectives Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. This may change based on operational needs. Overtime and travel as operationally necessary Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months of experience as an Aide Trainee (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Six months of work experience providing care to individuals requiring assistance with daily activities; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. You must be able to perform essential job functions. Legal Requirements: A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination and drug screening. This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
