Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and insightful psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health landscape, emphasizing their individual strengths and coping resources.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Independently design and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborating with clients to establish achievable goals and measurable interventions.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Step in during crises to offer immediate support, risk assessments, and strategic safety planning to ensure clients feel secure and cared for.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records, adhering to ethical and legal standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
