Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Maintain a caseload of clients, overseeing assessment processes and ensuring that their treatment plans are aligned with their needs and goals.

• Conduct developmentally appropriate screenings and, when necessary, refer clients for more intensive assessments.

• Create and implement integrated care plans, ensuring seamless communication among clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, adjusting care plans as needed to meet their evolving needs.

• Participate actively as a team member, contributing to common goals and collaborative efforts to improve client outcomes.

• Assist with crisis intervention when needed, providing support to clients in high-risk situations.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, maintaining professional integrity at all times.

• Complete timely documentation and data submission, facilitating effective communication and care continuity.

• Provide on-call coverage during assigned hours as well as after-hours monitoring as required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
