Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Cornerstone Mental Health Counseling, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering individualized and couples therapy to a diverse client base. You will work with clients dealing with a variety of clinical presentations, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation for all clients through an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards within mental health practice.

• Managing your client schedule effectively, coordinating ongoing appointments while ensuring that all calendar updates are current.

• Utilizing a billing service that manages claims, accounts receivable, insurance eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing you to concentrate on direct client engagement.

• Engaging with fellow therapists in case consultations and collaborative discussions to enhance treatment outcomes and improve clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with clients undergoing detoxification, addressing both their mental health needs and assistance with substance use challenges. This population often experiences complex emotional and psychological issues; thus, your expertise will be critical in helping them navigate their recovery journeys. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
