Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to establish a thorough understanding of each client's needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, incorporating their unique backgrounds and therapeutic goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and coordinate care with other healthcare providers, ensuring that clients experiencing acute distress receive prompt and effective support.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to all regulatory requirements and clinic policies.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge and coping strategies to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to optimize patient care and therapeutic outcomes.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through evaluations and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary, staying current with research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
