Meadows Behavioral Health is seeking a seasoned HR Benefits Administrator to manage day-to-day benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k). You will administer PTO and LOA programs, ensuring compliance and accurate deductions in partnership with payroll. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and HRIS expertise, with 5+ years in HR. A Bachelor’s in a related field and HR certification are preferred.
