Tenant Engagement Manager

The Tenant Engagement Manager designs and delivers hospitality-inspired programming, branded events, and amenity experiences at an assigned property, applying hotel-caliber service principles to build community and drive tenant satisfaction and retention. This role owns the property's tenant engagement budget, develops marketing materials to promote programs, and maintains the tenant engagement app and digital platforms. The Tenant Engagement Manager works closely with the property's facilities and concierge teams to align engagement initiatives with ownership objectives and often serves as tenants' most visible point of contact within the building. This role blends hospitality, event management, and relationship-building skills to deliver a consistently elevated tenant experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute hospitality-inspired tenant engagement programming, branded events, and amenity activations for the property.
• Create and manage the property's tenant engagement budget, tracking expenses and reporting on program impact.
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with tenants, providing a tailored, service-first experience based on their needs and interests.
• Develop marketing materials and communications to promote events and drive tenant participation.
• Manage and update the tenant engagement app and building website, ensuring accurate and current content.
• Partner with property management, concierge, and leasing teams on tenant move-ins, tours, and VIP visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with local hospitality vendors and service providers to support programming.
• Analyze tenant feedback and engagement data to inform program strategy and service improvements.
• Coordinate meeting and event logistics for tenants and internal teams as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2-4 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or tenant/guest engagement.
• Strong project management and budget tracking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/design tools (e.g., Canva).
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, to support tenant events.
