For more information, visit us at cornerstonebuildingbrands.com.Job DescriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units • May support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows• Perform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers• Understand and carry out verbal instructions • Read and carry out simple written instructions• Read work orders, labels, and schedules• Use a tape measure (will be asked to read measurements during interview), inspect, examine, and observe for product defects• Make fraction and decimal conversions• Operate any equipment needed to perform a job• Perform other duties as assigned• Provide on-the-job training to new employeesQualifications• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply• Must be authorized to work in the US• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions• Ability to stand for extended periods• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist• Preferably with experience in manufacturing• Preferably with experience reading a tape measure• Knowledge and skills• Knowledge on CNC machines and able to setup programming• Translate instructions into computer commands so the machine can perform function• Adhere to Site Wide Safety Protocols and Requirements (Personal Protective equipment is mandatory)• Must be a team player, self-motivated and dependable• Physical requirements: Must be able to physically stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle and move items• Reading and understanding blueprints and work orders to be processed• Knows and understands all safety rules and precautions necessary for working in a manufacturing environment• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machine/equipment• Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment• Willing to learn and take on additional tasks as assigned• Excellent Communication skills• Reading fractions/decimalsAdditional InformationFull-time Base Pay: $16 1st Shift: 6AM-6PM (Monday-Friday)Address: 433 N.
